Eri’s Vegan Cooking Kyoto: Late Summer Recovery Lunch Lesson
“Hot Summer seems endless! Join me and learn how to make delicious and nutritious vegan dishes in a small and relaxed home class. And enjoy a fabulous four course lunch!”
Eri has over 20 years of vegetarian/vegan cooking experience and traveled the world to create International Vegan Cuisine to share with you.
The dishes you’ll learn how to make and enjoy eating include:
✨Homemade Seasonal Fruit Soda (raw vegan)
✨Tomato, Avocado and Basil Jewel-Salad (raw vegan)
✨Black Bean Burgers with Homemade Soy-Mayo and Pineapple-Salsa
✨Cool No-bake Raw Cinnamon-Raisin Cookies with Coconut Vanilla Ice Cream
-4000 yen per person
-Two to Four participants/class
-Midori Farm’s organic produce and other organic products are used whenever possible.
-Filtered water, chilled barley tea (Mugicha) and black tea will be provided.
-Recipe booklet from the lesson to take home.
*The lesson is given demonstration-style: Eri will be doing most of the cooking, and the participants will be asked to help with preparation including measuring, cutting, forming, mixing, plating and of course eating!
