(Paed Conca & Raed Yassin) Duo hailing from Switzerland and Beruit.. A maelstrom of frantic bass, clarinet and electronics- their performances are absolutely exhilarating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Take a look at the video clips here to get an idea about their performances.

Problematica+ Bridget Scott
Kyoto based duo perform on Electric violin voice and percussion. They will be joined by dancer Bridget Scott for tonight’s performance.
Christopher Fryman and Misuzu
Christopher will be performing on Trumpet (electronically treated and processed) creating an ambient backdrop for dancer Misuzu.
Hamah Moh
Fantastic blues inspired musician with impeccable taste performing tracks from his new release GHOST SLIDER details can be found here

Kyoto based Musician and Artist and Event Organizer performing solo
Harikokue (Harico + Kozue Sugiura) Performance art meets Electronica – music made with steam irons and ironing boards with vocal and video accompaniment. Bound to be surprising!

ieva (Samuel Andre) a musician and award winning film soundtrack composer. His live performances use multi layered field recordings that are overlayed creating quite mysterious imaginary aural worlds. Check out the video from JunKroom #16 posted below.
The event starts at 7pm.
Tickets: 1500 yen in advance or 1800 yen at the door (includes 1 drink)
Location: To find Urbanguild, from Sanjo Dori go down Kiyamachi Dori (this is the narrow street running alongside Takase stream) Urbanguild is on the east side (left hand side as you walk down from Sanjo) after approximately 150 metres. It’s on the 3rd floor of New Kyoto Building – access by elevator or stairs. Here’s a map.
