“NOT A WORD” is an independent film, currently in preproduction, by Noble Thimble Productions™. It aims to explore how people communicate under, around, and without words. On Friday June 18th, Urbanguild plays host to a musical dinner show in aid of the “Not a Word” movie.

It’s a wee bit pricey but the price of the ticket does cover dinner, one drink and five musical performances – including appearances by Deep Kyoto favorites Mitsu Salmon, ryotaro and Raw Elements. Also if you get your ticket in advance you can slash the cost by 1000 yen. Here’s the line-up:

To get to Urbanguild: from Sanjo Dori go down Kiyamachi Dori Urbanguild is on the east side (the left side as you walk from Sanjo) about 150 metres down. It’s on the 3rd floor of New Kyoto Building which you can access by elevator or stairs. Here is a map.
