Instrumentalists workshop: Learn your instrument: scales, intervals, theory, harmony. Blues. Ballads. Standards and learning songs. Improvisation- How we can play new things in our solos and take the ideas in our solos to new places. How to develop your own voice, your own way of playing.
Singers workshop: Singers should have an equal understanding of music- harmony, music theory, intervals- as the musicians they play with. In short, singers should be musicians, not only singers. We will work on theory, hearing and singing intervals, pronunciation, rhythm, learning standards. Everyone will have many chances to sing, we will explore new songs together.”
