Kyoto Journal #75: “Biodiversity” is out now!

September 25, 2010 By Michael Lambe Leave a Comment

Great news from the folks at Kyoto Journal: Issue 75 – Biodiversity is out! This edition was specially prepared for distribution this autumn at COP10 in Nagoya, the UN’s 10th Conference of Parties to the Convention of Biological Diversity (CBD). Look at that cover! Just look at it! How could you not want to own a copy of that? And I have to say that having a trailer for this issue (see below) was a fantastic idea. Nice one Stewart!

Our own fate is inseparable from the sustainable health of the thin biosphere and its myriad species. With KJ 75, we seek to inform, entertain, engage and motivate our species to protect our planet’s biological diversity. TURN UP YOUR SOUND and LISTEN to our world; WATCH our haven of wonder and peril. KJ 75 BIODIVERSITY has just been born, at a crucial moment for life on Earth. Here is a video glimpse of what could be the most illuminating, awe-inducing KJ yet produced. Its printed cover and inside imagery are so fine that no screen can convey the impact. Plus a MASSIVE set of 31 EXCLUSIVE ONLINE FEATURES in color layouts you can download as PDFs. Watch the video, then come see and read samples from BIODIVERSITY at http://www.kyotojournal.org/biodiversity/ and on our home page as well. Easy links for buying the issue or subscribing at a savings of 40% off the cover price!
