Plum Blossom at the Kyoto Imperial Palace Park

It was pretty chilly out yesterday morning and more than a few flakes of snow were falling, but worth it all the same. A small gaggle of photographers agreed with me too, clustering round the 梅 trees in the Imperial Palace Park in a thicket of tripods… Here are my pictures…

    Hi, they are already blooming? You look both cold….it seems the weather is perking up a bit! Was there last year, its a nice spot to enjoy the early blossoms.

    I’m not sure if they are blooming yet or not. This is an old post from four years back. They were blooming pretty early that year though…
