Great Job…nice to give these guys deserved attention.

We have elderly family in the Ishinomaki area, who lost their home, and would have lost their lives if the elementary school had only 2 floors instead of 3.

They wrote a poignant letter describing their flight from the water in the moment of disaster. Moreso, they wrote about the outpouring of relief from complete strangers, folks like these, that has come afterwards. No matter how much good you think you have done…you have done greater.

Thanks for commenting! There’s still an awful lot of work to be done up north, but thankfully still a lot of solidarity from ordinary folk like this. We hope to raise a lot of cash this weekend, to help fund investment in pin-point projects that can help get communities back on their feet.
